Q: Where can I view a price list?
A: You can view pricing information by registering or email us directly and we will send you the information.

Q: What is the difference between the Flush Album and Coffee Table Book?
A: The Coffee Table Book can be described as sleek and clean while the Flush Mount has an artsy, timeless look. The Flush Mount albums come with decorative end paper lining and are offered in both leather or book cloth cover treatments. The Coffee Table Book is only offered in leather and has black interior lining. Both have a slightly rounded spine and lay completely flat when opened.

Q: What is a side?
A: A side is one half of a full page layout. A 10-page album would contain 20 sides.

Q: What is the resolution I should I use for my images?
A: We recommend a resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch).

Q: Do you recommend a particular album size for wedding albums?
A: It really depends on your personal preference. However, we really like the 9x12 with 20+ pages (40+ sides). We also like the 11x14 size, especially if you are doing a Coffee Table Book style and if you are leaning toward the square look rather than rectangular a 12x12 is a good choice. An 8x10 is the perfect size for a parent album with10+ pages (20+ sides).

Q: Is there any difference in pricing if I order more than 1 album?
A: We do offer a discount if you are ordering duplicate albums (same album size and design). Please contact us directly for more details.

Q: How many photos should I submit?
A: Check out our chart.

Q: How many design revisions am I allowed?
A: Revisions include resizing, swapping and repositioning photos. You are allowed up to two sets of revisions free of charge (after two rounds of revisions you are charged $25 per change). If you would like an entire spread redesigned, there is a $25 charge per spread.

Q: Can we add text to one or more pages in the album?
A: Yes, we can add any text of your choice to any page.

Q: How do I get you my files?
A: Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with upload instructions. Simply log into your account and upload your photos.

Q: How long does the design and album production process take?
A: Once you have uploaded your photos you will be emailed the first version of your design within 7-10 business days. After we receive your approval of this design we will send your design to album production. The album production process takes between 14-21 business days depending on the order load.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds on printed products. If you have an issue with your album, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order (we allow up to 15 calendar days to return your album if a reprint is determined necessary).

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: NV residents will be charged sales tax at checkout.
